With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 relating to the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data, we inform you that:

the personal data provide by you or otherwise acquired in the course of our business, may be processed by Eco Vacanze Belmonte, in compliance with the aforementioned law, for the purposes of our company, and in particular for:

– execution of a service or one or more operations contractually agreed upon

– execution of obligations pursuant to laws or regulations

– protection of the rights of Eco Vacanze Belmonte in court

provision of your data to Eco Vacanze Belmonte is functional to execution of the contractual relationship

data shall be stored at our offices in Belmonte Calabro (Cosenza) in accordance with the terms provided for by legislation

processing of the data provided, or otherwise acquired in the course of our business, may also be carried out by those with the right to access your personal data, with proper fulfilment of obligations pursuant to legislation and/or regulations

with regard to processing of personal data by Eco Vacanze Belmonte you are entitled to exercise your rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 provided below

Rights of the data subject:

•With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right: a) to obtain confirmation, via free access to the register referred to in article 31, paragraph 1, point a, of the existence of processing of data that may concern him;

b) to be informed of that indicated in article 7, paragraph 4, points a),b) and h);

c) to obtain, from the controller, in a timely manner:1. confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him and communication in a legible form of such data and of its origin and the procedures and purposes on which processing is based;

2. deletion, transformation or removal of data processed in violation of the law;

3. updating, rectification and integration of data;

4. certification that the operations pursuant to point a) and b) have been notified to the entities to which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;

d) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him;

e) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct marketing or for market or digital commercial communication research, if he has not provided his explicit consent

For each request referred to in paragraph 1, point c), number 1), the data subject can be asked, where the existence of data concerning him is not confirmed, for a contribution to expenses, not exceeding the costs actually sustained, in the manner and within the limits provided for in the regulation pursuant to article 33, paragraph 3

The rights pursuant to paragraph 1) relating to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who has an interest

•In exercising the rights pursuant to paragraph 1) the data subject may, in writing, delegate or grant power of attorney to natural persons or associations

•This without prejudice to the regulations on professional confidentiality regarding sensitive data which has come to its attention in the course of performance of the agreed services.
